WHO WE ARE

Rhavynn Drummer | Casting Director
Rhavynn Drummer is an award-winning producer, director, casting director, and unapologetic champion of great performances. She began her casting career in 2007 at Tyler Perry Studios, just months after graduating from the University of Virginia, and went on to shape the casts of over forty television series, feature films, and seven touring plays. Her keen eye for talent has also been sought after by Nickelodeon, Starz, Nike, BET, and YouTube Red.
Rhavynn’s creative work extends beyond casting. Her first original web series, Good Girls — which she wrote, directed, and produced — won Best Web Series at both the Bronzelens Film Festival and the Black Women Film and TV Festival. In 2017, she co-created and directed Brooklyn. Blue. Sky., which became the first web series ever acquired by BET Networks after winning the Xfinity Best Web Series Award at the American Black Film Festival.
A passionate educator, Rhavynn has served as an adjunct professor at Clark Atlanta University, mentoring the next generation of storytellers and performers. She also brings her candid, behind-the-scenes insight to a wider audience as the creator and host of the ActUp Podcast on YouTube, where she interviews artists and industry professionals — especially those connected to the Southeast — with the goal of inspiring, informing, and amplifying underrepresented voices.
Whether she’s in the audition room, on set, in the classroom, or behind a microphone, Rhavynn is dedicated to telling authentic stories, building community, and helping artists step fully into their craft.
Christy Faison | Casting Director
Christy Faison is an Atlanta-based casting director with more than two decades of casting experience in Los Angeles. She began her career in the Talent & Casting department at FOX before moving into independent casting.
Her Casting Director credits include CBS’s SEAL Team pilot, Jonathan Demme’s A Gifted Man, NBC’s The Cape, MGM’s Stargate Origins, and the Emmy-nominated The Walking Dead: Red Machete and Conversations in L.A. Her associate casting director work includes two seasons of Aaron Sorkin’s HBO series The Newsroom, Starz’s Ash vs Evil Dead and Boss, and Terrence Malick’s Knight of Cups.
Christy has also worked with emerging filmmakers through programs at USC and AFI, building casts for projects that went on to significant recognition. Those projects include Asia A, a Student Academy Award semifinalist and DGA Student Film Award winner, and the Oscar-qualified short Picture Day.
What continues to draw Christy to casting is the collaboration: finding the actors who make a script feel human and fully lived in, and the moment when the right actor walks in and everything clicks.

Tiandra Gayle | Casting Director
Tiandra Gayle is an experienced Casting Director whose work spans film, television, pilots, episodic television, shorts, and new media. Before making Atlanta her home, she spent 16 years living and working in New York.
Her extensive credits include projects for Tyler Perry Studios, BET, BET+, Netflix and Nickelodeon. Her television experience includes Sistas, The Oval, House of Payne, Ruthless, Zatima, All the Queen's Men, Beauty in Black, and The Ms. Pat Show, among others.
Tiandra's experience extends beyond casting. As a former Talent Manager, she developed and positioned performers while working with agents, managers, producers and casting professionals. This gives her a distinctive understanding of both the actor's journey and the filmmaker's casting needs.
She is passionate about discovering emerging talent and creating casting choices that honor the story, the characters and the filmmaker's vision.
